Bethel Elementary Pre-enrollment Packet Link
Dear Parents/Guardians:
Please follow the link to complete the Bethel Upper and Lower Elementary pre-enrollment packet for your child for the 2025-2026 school year. All current students are required to submit the pre-enrollment packets. This packet is due by May 8th. There will be a New Student Enrollments on May 20th and August 4th-5th for new students moving into the district. All forms are required to be completed. If you have had address or phone number changes, please provide the most current information.
If you have moved out of the district this school year, you will need to complete a transfer application via the website. Transfer applications open on June 1st. Transfers are accepted based on capacity and first come, first serve. Transfers are not guaranteed based on prior enrollment.
Bethel Public Schools require each student to provide proof of residency each school year. In August, you will be asked to provide a current utility bill (electric, natural gas, or water) to verify residency in the district. Residency is based on the address of the custodial parent/guardian. Custodial parent/guardian and student must reside at the address of the proof of residency document. Residency verifications are conducted by the School Resource Officer.
Free/Reduce Lunch Forms are also required for all students regardless of eligibility. These will be completed at Meet the Teacher Night on August 12th.
Pre-enrollment packets and proof of residency are required for your student to be placed on a class list in August.
